Sometimes, we go through the worse times in our lives, so we can appreciate the best moments that life offers. Time and again, we are consumed with the aura and the awe that life offers to us, but notwithstanding we have chosen to brace up and find solace in letting out the doubts, troubles, fears knowing that there is someone out there that listens and understands our plight.
When faced with an unsurmountable challenge, time and time again, what do you do? who do you speak to? who do you call?. Ive wondered so deep in those moments, should I just keep it to myself or let it out. Ive come to realise that letting it out and sharing it with the right people is important. When you hold up too much in the quest to feel strong and more than able to handle it, it ends up crumbling you when you least expect. Ive found solace in the word, yes the bible says " cast all your cares upon Him for he cares for us". The Holy Spirit would always be your comforter, only when you recognise His presence in your life.
Now Ive got to pull myself up and ask myself this question. When Jesus faced His greatest fears of being crucified ,Who did He talk to? yes He spoke to His father, but yet again He spoke about His fears often to His disciples. The more He let it out, the more He felt better. The more you talk about your fears, the more they become surmountable. the more you talk about your dreams, the more they seem achievable, the more you talk about who you want to be, the more you see your self becoming that person.
letting it out, whether its a dream, your fears, your hopes and desires have a way of bringing life if positive and dealing with it , if negative. Talking to the right people and having the right attitude puts you in a place of rest and peace.
Time and time again, always remember that to let go , you must let it out, to let God , you must let Him in and you"ll find rest and peace to forgive, grow and become who you were created to be.
Let it out and Let God take charge.
